Meet Anni (pronounced like ‘Honey’ but without the ‘h’) “Ah-nee”

She is passionate about exploring and contemplating one’s inner reality, one’s emotional landscape, one’s reactions, and to align each with personal values, in order to enhance not only one’s potential as an individual, but also enhance the contribution to the collective.

 

Life can be unstable and irregular. Nothing is perfect or permanent. Through mindfulness meditation one can cultivate the attitudinal muscles needed to experience life from a lens that is open and free - no matter the circumstance.

 

Anni is currently enrolled in a 2-year Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher training led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield and is a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She fuses Buddhist philosophy with Western psychology, science backed evidence and overall tips on lifestyle and well-being.  

Welcoming all levels and all gender identities, ages, hearts and minds across all time zones.
